Clearingrinsing is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. This policy applies to all paid services and products offered through clearingrinsing.world, our Solna office, and direct communication channels. Free content on the Website — including exercise descriptions, progress tracking frameworks, and informational articles — is not subject to this Refund Policy because no payment is involved.

This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By purchasing any paid service or product, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.

3. Consumer Rights Under Swedish Law

If you are a consumer residing in Sweden or the European Union, you have statutory rights under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen, 2005:59) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

For distance contracts (purchases made online or by phone without face-to-face contact), you generally have a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, unless an exception applies as described below. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

4. Consulting Services

4.1 Single Consultation Sessions

For individual movement education consultation sessions (remote or in-person):

  • Cancellation more than forty-eight hours before the scheduled session: Full refund or free rescheduling at your choice.
  • Cancellation within forty-eight hours of the scheduled session: No refund, but rescheduling may be offered at our discretion subject to availability.
  • Our cancellation: If we cancel a session for any reason, you receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
  • Non-attendance without notice: No refund is provided if you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation.

4.2 Consulting Packages

For multi-session consulting packages (e.g., three or more sessions bundled at a discounted rate):

  • Before the first session: Full refund if you cancel before the first scheduled session, minus any administrative fee clearly disclosed at purchase (not exceeding five percent of the package price).
  • After one or more sessions: Refund calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions, minus the administrative fee. Completed sessions are non-refundable.
  • Package validity: Consulting packages must be used within six months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused sessions after the validity period are not refundable.

4.3 Personalized Non-Medical Plans

Written personalized movement plans are considered delivered once the document is sent to your email or made available for download. Because these are custom-created educational materials:

  • You may request a full refund within fourteen days of purchase if the plan has not yet been delivered.
  • Once the plan has been delivered, refunds are not available unless the content materially differs from what was described at the time of purchase.
  • If you believe the delivered plan does not match the agreed scope, contact us within seven days of delivery with specific details. We will review your request and offer a revision or partial refund where appropriate.

5. Educational Products

5.1 Digital Downloads

Digital educational products (guides, reference materials, exercise compilations) delivered electronically:

  • Before download or access: Full refund available within fourteen days of purchase.
  • After download or access: Under EU consumer law, you may lose your right of withdrawal once digital content delivery begins if you explicitly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal rights at checkout. This consent is requested during the purchase process.
  • Defective products: If a digital product is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us within thirty days for a replacement or full refund regardless of download status.

5.2 Physical Materials

If we offer physical educational materials (printed guides, reference cards):

  • Return the item in its original condition within fourteen days of receipt for a full refund.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
  • Refunds are processed within fourteen days of receiving the returned item.

6. Programs and Challenges

6.1 Structured Movement Programs

For paid enrollment in structured movement programs or multi-week challenges:

  • Before program start date: Full refund if you cancel at least seven days before the program begins.
  • Within seven days of start: Fifty percent refund if you cancel before accessing more than one week of program content.
  • After accessing more than one week: No refund, as substantial program content will have been delivered.
  • Program cancellation by us: Full refund of any fees paid for the remaining portion of the program.

6.2 Free Program Components

Some program materials may be available at no cost on the Website. Free components are not eligible for refunds. If you enrolled in a paid program that includes both free and paid elements, refunds apply only to the paid portion according to the rules above.

9. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom personalized plans after delivery, unless materially defective
  • Digital products after download where withdrawal consent was given
  • Sessions missed without prior cancellation notice

10. Disputes and Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may request a review by contacting us with additional supporting information. We will conduct a secondary review within fourteen business days.

As a consumer in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For disputes in Sweden, you may contact Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) for alternative dispute resolution.
